Why does the screen flicker or not light up after connecting? It may be that your laptop's battery is low or the voltage is not enough to provide sufficient power to the monitor. Please use a charging cable to charge your laptop or you can also use a 5V/2A or higher wall power supply to charge the monitor.

Why does one monitor show "No Signal"? It is possible that the laptop's port does not support video signal output. Please use the supplied HDMI to USB-C cable to connect the monitor to provide video signal.

Why one of the screens does not work after connection? It may be a connection error or compatibility problem, please send us your computer model number, we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible!
