Having trouble with the Touch function when connected wirelessly?

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure your device is set to "Allow other Bluetooth connections".
2. Locate and pair the DR148W's Bluetooth "touchsa011" on your device.

Keyboard not working when connected wirelessly?

If your device cannot find the DR148W's Bluetooth "Fb_Keyboard", try pressing the Fn+C key combination. When the red light flashes on the left side of the monitor, it means the Bluetooth keyboard is idle and ready to be connected again.

Can a laptop connect wirelessly to a portable monitor?

Yes, only Windows and Mac laptops with WIFI support can connect wirelessly to the DR148W monitor.

How do I wirelessly connect my Windows 11 to the DR148W portable monitor?

To wirelessly connect your Windows 11 device to the DR148W portable monitor, follow these steps:

1. Place the DR148W next to your laptop.
